Aslam Capital Takes the Wheel at ProTires Deerfield: Building a Scalable Platform

Owais Aslam announced that Aslam Capital has officially taken over operations at ProTires Deerfield, marking an important milestone in the firm’s platform-building journey. The acquisition is positioned not as a simple ownership transition, but as a hands-on effort to modernize a traditionally run local tire shop into a scalable business built on institutional discipline and operational excellence.
In the first year, Owais shared that the focus will be on strengthening the foundation: upgrading systems and processes, improving day-to-day execution, and elevating the customer experience while preserving the community trust the business has earned. A major priority is expanding municipal and corporate fleet programs -built around clear service-level expectations and reliable, repeatable delivery.
More broadly, Owais framed ProTires Deerfield as a test case for something bigger: developing repeatable value-creation frameworks that can be applied across fragmented service industries. The goal is to learn what scales, codify it into a playbook, and use that foundation to grow through optimization, expansion, and eventually an exit with a stronger, more resilient business.
For Aslam Capital, this is the start of a journey they plan to share transparently as they build, improve, and scale.
